From simple routines to recommendations on healthy meal plans in conjunction with your daily regimen, this is an app that doesn’t confuse you with its features.

Works well enough

There are numerous workout apps that offer almost the same things to you. Most of the time, they will differ in how well their app executes the given features. Looking at Home Workout - No Equipment & Meal Planner, it’s obvious at the start that this isn’t the first of its kind, especially for a health app. Fortunately, it’s one of the better-designed ones around that’s available for free. First off, Home Workout offers 10 main workout routines, all differing in the body parts they’re meant for. 

You have specific exercises for the abs, legs, arms, and butt—and the more general areas like the whole body, upper body, lower body, and muscle-strengthening. These workouts are all designed based on balanced training for different muscle groups, the difficulty you chose, and your gender—and they require no equipment but include warm-ups and stretches. Each routine will take a few minutes a day so you can do them even if you’re pressed for time. They all have detailed video guides and text-to-speech voiceovers to coach you properly. 

The app includes a calendar that automatically logs your progress for every successful routine finished. You can find your weight chart near the end of the daily report, as well, and track any new changes. If you want to set a scheduled workout, you can customize your notification reminder. Your results can also be shared on social media platforms. Unfortunately, you will have to expect a good amount of ads. They won’t disrupt your routine but will pop up whenever you click different tabs.
